Neighborhood Spotlight: Steamboat’s Catamount Ranch & Club

Most people who discover Steamboat Springs come for the skiing. What keeps them is everything else the region has to offer. Lake Catamount

The Lake enclave sits approximately ten miles south of the Ranch enclave and centers on Lake Catamount, a 530-acre private alpine lake open to residents for boating, paddling, kayaking, and fishing. More than 3,000 acres of the broader community are preserved as protected open space, with scenic trails for hiking, Nordic skiing, and wildlife viewing throughout.
