RealTrends, whose annual rankings are widely regarded as the most prestigious performance lists in U.S. real estate, has released its 2026 results. Managing Partner Chris Paoli has been named to RealTrends The Thousand as advertised in The Wall Street Journal, one of only ten agents across The Agency's global network to earn that distinction, based on 2025 sales volume. Agents Kenny Reisman and Michelle Parilla have also been recognized, ranking among Colorado's top producers on the RealTrends Verified list.
The Thousand represents the 1,000 highest-producing individual agents and teams in the country by sales volume, as advertised in the Wall Street Journal. Chris Paoli closed $127.95M in verified sales volume in 2025, placing him among the top ten real estate agents in Colorado, and one of only two brokers to make the top ten in Steamboat Springs. That figure does not include his $70M in off-market transactions in 2025.
For context, Chris is one of eleven individuals at The Agency, a global brokerage with agents across the U.S. and internationally, to be named to The Thousand, and one of ten based on sales volume. In 2025, Chris closed the two highest-priced residential sales ever recorded in Steamboat Springs: $17,450,000 at 2965 Trails Edge and $19,675,000 at 2813 & 2815 Trails Edge, the latter representing both the seller and the buyer.
The RealTrends Verified list recognizes agents and teams in the nation's top 1.5% by sales volume. Kenny Reisman ranked #139 in Colorado with $33.94M in closed sales volume, and Michelle Parilla ranked #385 with $19.85M, placing them among the state's high producers. Chris, Kenny, and Michelle are also named on The Agency's full RealTrends recognition list, which includes more than 330 agents and teams across The Agency's network named to the Verified list this year.
As an office, The Agency Steamboat Springs closed $250 million in sales volume in 2025, including the two highest-priced residential transactions in Steamboat Springs history and the highest average sales price in the market.
