Meet Nicole Montgomery

Nicole Montgomery brings more than 15 years of experience shaping marketing and brand strategy for luxury real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. As a Marketing Strategist for The Agency Steamboat Springs, she supports agents, sellers, and development partners through thoughtful storytelling, clear positioning, and strategic execution. 

Nicole has collaborated on branding and marketing for more than 25 luxury real estate and hospitality projects, working with developers and global brands including Waldorf Astoria Residences, One&Only Private Homes, Ascaya, Limelight Residences Mammoth, Rosewood, and Fairmont. Her experience spans the full lifecycle of real estate marketing, with a focus on connecting properties to discerning, ultra-high-net-worth buyers.

Prior to joining The Agency Steamboat Springs, Nicole served as Director of Brand & Content Strategy at Wicked+, a creative agency specializing in luxury real estate, hospitality, and resort communities. She previously served as Vice President of Marketing & Content at The Agency’s global headquarters, where she helped guide brand strategy for a $41B-plus brokerage operating worldwide. Earlier in her career, she was a writer and producer for the CBS News affiliates in New York City and Washington, D.C. 

Based in Steamboat Springs for nearly a decade, Nicole brings global brand experience in-house with a collaborative, hands-on approach that elevates property storytelling and supports the continued growth of the local market.
