Meet Chris Sias

Chris Sias has handled commercial transactions since joining the team in 2017. In that time, he's closed numerous leases and sales in the downtown corridor and at the mountain, in addition to representing sellers and buyers in a variety of transactions covering everything from industrial to investment properties. With a high deal volume across a variety of sectors, Chris has a unique window into the local markets and property specific data that is valuable to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Chris grew up in Connecticut, graduated from Northwestern University in 1989, and completed his MFA at the University of Southern California in 1992.

 

Following stints with Castle Rock Pictures and Pioneer Entertainment, he started his own production company working with Cindy Crawford, Lucky Brand Jeans, Sony, and MGM. Chris is actively involved in the Steamboat community, serving as president of the Bike Town USA Initiative and Steamboat Springs Film Committee. He coaches Nordic skiing for the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club and Steamboat Springs Middle School.
