Meet Britt Havard

As Broker Associate of The Agency Steamboat Springs, Britt Havard combines more than a decade of luxury real estate experience with years of executive leadership and award-winning marketing expertise to deliver unparalleled client service. Having worked in luxury real estate in many of Colorado's most renowned resort communities including Steamboat Springs, Telluride, and Breckenridge, Britt offers extensive experience marketing luxury ranch and resort properties, residential homes, developments, and land. Her deep background in Public Relations and ongoing relationships with media personnel from global outlets, including the Wall Street Journal and New York Times, uniquely equips Britt with the ability to develop custom marketing strategies to effectively promote properties across an array of media channels.

 

Prior to joining The Agency, Britt served as Director of Communications for the #1 Sotheby's affiliate in the world. During her time at Sotheby's, Britt and her marketing team earned distinguished awards including Best Video Branding Strategy, Best Print Marketing, and Best Digital Marketing Strategy from the esteemed Luxury Real Estate Network. More recently, she led the marketing and public relations efforts for Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club, Steamboat Springs' premier 63-homesite luxury ranch community, where her contributions in sales, development, and marketing helped the development achieve near sell-out in 2024. 

 

Today, Britt combines her passion for real estate and the Steamboat Springs community by serving as the Director of Development and Marketing at the Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Complex, along with happily servicing her clients' real estate needs. Britt's own passion for real estate has led to multiple personal investment opportunities throughout Colorado, the most notable of which being that her Breckenridge residence was recently featured on HGTV's remodel competition show, Battle on the Mountain. When Britt is not promoting fitness, recreation, and fun on Steamboat's Tennis and Pickleball courts, you can find her with clients, who she considers both customers and friends.
