View market activty for the last 90-days

The custom component that is displaying the 90-Day Rolling Market Report is not yet optimized for mobile devices.

Each resource will have a caption or citation that outlines where the associated data is sourced. Most resources will leverage MLS data sourced directly from Altitude MLS.

We do not use estimates or algorithmic projections for these specific resources - data is tied to factual records 

It depends on the resource you are viewing. 

Quarterly reports are static snapshots of Routt County data and do not update until the next quarter has completed. For example, the Q1 2026 Market Report will not be updated until Q2 2026 has come to a close. 

The same refresh cadence will follow for monthly and daily resources.

Each report will have a statement in the footer identifying the last refresh timestamp or the date range for that specific resource. 

Each report is fully interactive. Use the filter dropdowns at the top of any page to narrow the data  — your selections will apply to the enabled visuals on the page. You may also filter data by selecting a value in a given visual. Not every visual will be filtered in some instances, this is by design, to keep the data clear and not introduce any confusion.

Click the page navigation at the bottom to move between different pages in the report. 

Hover over any chart, map dot, or table row to see additional detail.

Click the ⓘ icon in the top right corner of any page for a quick explanation of what you're looking at.

To reset everything back to the full default view, click the Clear Filters button.
